Initially I would offer a No Cost Valuation of your property.  Should you wish to continue with me as your representing listing agent, we would then find multiple homes like yours to compare and develop an appropriate selling price.  Next I would list your property on multiple listing services and promote.  I would even showcase your property, schedule appointments, and showings to in return locate the perfect home buyer.  I will then guide you through the often tough negotiation process to get top dollar for your home.
